PSA: Don't include 500 addresses in your email's CC field unless you really want people to "reply-all" to all 500.
Even if only 5% of your audience hits "reply-all", that's still 25 emails, to 500 recipients each.
Instead, try using the BCC field: It notifies everyone, but even if someone accidentally hits "reply-all", they don't.
